I want to live in a world where companies tell consumers stories, not sales pitches.
I'm working towards that goal by providing well-crafted articles, digital content, email marketing, and print materials. As a journalist, I've written on a range of topics from healthcare to finance for The Richmond Times-Dispatch in Virginia, The National Journal in Washington, DC, and The Jersey Journal in New Jersey. As a content strategist, I've produced text, video, and audio projects for a variety of websites and organizations around the country. Currently, I am the senior editor in the Digital Marketing Department of NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP). Before joining NYP in 2017, I was an editor at the Greater New York Hospital Association.
I hold a bachelor's and masters' degree in journalism from the State University of New York College at New Paltz and Columbia University, respectively.
When I'm not writing and editing, I'm collecting action figures and going on road trips. My hobbies include reading science fiction, pretending to be a forensic scientist, and watching police procedural dramas.
